Professional Services

Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights, including copyrights and trademarks, associated with the work created by The Tidemark Collective remain our property until full payment is received from the client. Upon receipt of final payment, the client is granted the ownership and rights to use the design for its intended purpose as outlined in the project agreement.
Client Responsibilities
The success of our Strategy and Design work relies on collaboration. Clients are responsible for providing accurate, timely, and complete information. The Tidemark Collective is not responsible for project delays caused by late feedback or incomplete assets provided by the client.
Payment Terms
Payment structures (including deposits and milestones) will be outlined in your specific project agreement. Invoices are due upon receipt. Failure to provide payment within the specified timeframe may result in a pause in services or additional late fees.
Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of our creative Visuals and Strategy work, refunds are generally not provided once work has commenced. Specific cancellation terms and exceptions will be outlined in your individual project agreement.
